Welcome to the NCPA G2S Request System
This interface allows the user to request subsets of data from the NCPA G2S Archive. You will be asked for the date(s) and location(s) for which to extract data, and the results will be calculated and a download link sent via email. Completed requests will be held on the server for a minimum of 14 days, after which they are subject to deletion. Users are subject to a rolling limit of 10MB of requested data per 2-week period (a single atmospheric profile at a single location in text form is approximately 170KB; binary formats are considerably smaller per profile).
NOTE: This site is also occasionally under ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT. Unexpected interface behavior may be observed at such times. No warranty is made for accuracy of data products. Data requests are not private.
Please contact Claus Hetzer at claus@olemiss.edu with any questions.
NEW!
A command-line interface is now available that offers synchronous responses with no registration required. Download it at https://github.com/chetzer-ncpa/ncpag2s-clc.
